Introduction to gbbo

Overview

The gbbo package provides comprehensive tidy datasets for The Great British Bake Off (broadcast in the US as The Great British Baking Show).

The data is structured into four relational tables: 1. seasons: Series summaries, broadcast years, hosts, judges, and winners. 2. bakers: Contestant demographics, ages, hometowns, occupations, and placements. 3. episodes: Weekly episode themes, air dates, and challenge time allocations. 4. performances: Individual baker challenge bakes, technical ranks, Hollywood Handshakes, and outcomes.
